I know it's all in my head....and I tell my self it's all in my head, But it does not help that awfull problem to go away. I can't wait to get the cd's.

WOW!!! I thought I was the only one with these problems! I would LOVE to be able to talk a long walk, or go out to dinner with friends with out those crazy fears!!! GOD that would be GREAT!! I don't even have the nerve to go get my hair cut(Pretty bad) I just ordered the cd program....OH ...
