I bought the book today. Will start reading it this weekend as well. I'm sure it's a great book!

I have a question this month I will be taking a 3 hr car trip and this is a little out of my comfort zone. Any suggestion on which cd of the program I should take on the ride for support? Please let me know. Thank you
