working through this program will help you to change that over time. It will take time but it WILL happen. How do you know how they see you? Or think about how they see you? You really have no way of knowing that unless you ask them directly....hang in there!

ooo a pastor is a good thought! I ask people I know, my doctor I have now suggested a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when she gave me anti anxiety meds..to do at the same time. How about your regular doctor? They might have a few ideas about who or where to go.

I am on session 3...it helps to breathe through the anxiety when it comes for me. Just count and breathe...nothing else, well maybe a repeating thought that says," this will pass. I can get through this. It's just a feeling."
