INFJ Lady, It might help if its possible for you to look on the bright side. It's going to make your teeth healthier and stronger once the work is done. GI822,

Perhaps this has to do with the fact that you feel like you HAVE to go, just like you feel when you are at work. I have dealt with this as well. Then when you are out doing things at your liesure it isn't as bad.

Please tell us how you did. I hope it went well.

Normalcy, Freckles & Boon are both right! "Don't beat yourself up"- I have felt that SAME WAY TOO! What if? What if? Do you know why? It's because we are extremely sensitive people.. Guilt seems to be a big problem for you, but "excessive guilt is a useless emotion". It serves no real purpose- and u...

Hi Jean D I know what you are talking about--- & I think it happens to us because we think about it too much! LISTEN TO CD #2, & practice w/ the RELAXATION CD at least 3x daily. Eventually, your mind will calm your body down. I use to have this problem of being afraid of choking and embarrassing mys...

Gamer-- that was an awesome response! and YES it IS so much harder to go back to work after you have been out.. Funny you should mention "the present precious moment" because that has been my focus lately- as I realized that I am either CONSTANTLY worrying about WHAT I DID or WHAT WILL HAPPEN!! That...
