I went to a chiropractor/nutritionist and got more help that from a regular Dr - he started by putting me on a diet designed to get rid of anything that may cause inflammation or be upsetting my digestive system. Then he suggested epsom salt baths to detox my system and food supplements. I recently ...

Good suggestion. I have been going to a Chiropractic nutritionist, the first thing he did was check my adrenals and said they were in terrible shape. With a special diet and detoxification, I have cut my bp meds in half (not good enough but on the way), adding this program in has been a huge help --...

As I was listening to the cd today, I remembered, how, as a teenager, I would tell myself stories to go to sleep. The stories I told were actually previews/rehearsals of whatever I had going on the next day. I would go into great detail, saying what I would say, what others would say, where I would ...

Yes, I found that bp meds can cause insomnia. I lost weight and have been able to cut down my meds which has helped my sleep patterns. I would say to talk to your dr - very often they can change dosages, or when or what you take so that you can sleep better. Sleep is important after all. Even if you...

Happy Thanksgiving for all you in the US. I'm finally on the site where I need to be. I finally woke up to the fact that all these trips to er have been anxiety causing my bp to go up (they never do find anything to cause my bp to be up) so this time I am staying with the program and actually making...

good to see there are others restarting like I am -- this time I have to stay with it -- I will not stay on these bp meds indefinitely -- 1st time I didn't use this resource - I think it will be helpful

I actually started this program a little over a year ago, then, for whatever reason, I quit - didn't listen to more than the first 3 cd's - I've been telling people it helped but how would I really know? This last year has been tough - some fairly major money problems, my husband and son were workin...

My husband & I have been married almost 42 years -- it hasn't all been wonderful or even good but I'm glad we're still together. I think that if there can be one thing more than others that has helped, it has been a statement I heard early in our marriage "love is a decision, not a feeling" Knowing ...
