Michelle, it is hard to give up caffeine, I love my Mcdonalds coke at lunch and a piece of chocolate in the afternoon, I don't want to give it up :(

I am on session 2 and as of now I will have to say that I am not going to give up chocolate or coke completely, I can and will cut back but not to have it at all, I don't know, we'll see! You gotta have chocolate once in awhile :?

Hi, I am in session two and am having a hard time doing the breathing exercise, does anyone else find it hard to inhale 2 and exhale 4 without hyperventalating? Just wondering.
