Today, I am not so much feeling anxious, but I am feeling quite a bit depressed. I feel housebound. I am afraid to leave the house. Usually when it's dark out, for some reason, I feel more comfortable going for a walk. I am finding myself counting down the hours until I get to go to bed. That's not ...

I have a hard time holding a job. I get anxiety attacks before and during work. I lasted one week and a half at my last job working in a deli at a supermarket. I don't know what to do. I need to have a job and be able to keep it. Any ideas? How can I find a job that suits me and be able to keep it?
