Willing... i was where you are in March... just couldn't make myself do anything... then i reached session 10 and the last part of the cd on positive replacement dialouge clicked something in my head that started my recovery relapse... back to the positive side again... i did many swings...

hi all... some of you know my husband is a minister and i would like to ask for prayer for him and me as we consider a new interim pastorate in wyoming... we have been at a church for 3 years now and i've been kinda depressed at how little they seem to have grown ... but again, i am not the judge......

hi l[z, girlwithhope, hasson, and Hopeful321... just wanted to add encouragement to your situations... i, too, have struggled with depression for 30 years or so and have found this program to be the most helpful thing i've ever done... i really struggled through it and it took me longer than the 15 ...

has anyone out there been able to successfully get off of effexor?... am currently taking 150 mg/day and would like to get off ... my doc is out on a family emergency for 1 month and i just wanted to see if anyone else has come off this stuff and how they did it... thanks for your consideration,
