Thanks. I just have to keep it up. I looked at a "side effects" web site today about the Aciphex. Actually it was good and bad. Bad because it's scary. Good, because I realize that people bring up crazy side effects no matter what they're taking, and I'm guessing 9/10 times it wasn't even the prescr...

Great point about the breating excercise, I have definitely observed how it has lowered my BP. I went for a follow up Dr. appt last week and while waiting for the Dr., I did the breathing excercise for about a minute or so and my bp was the lowest it had ever been in the office. Even my Dr. remarked...

I'd almost describe life in that same way. Life can be a teeter totter sometimes. Yea, an interview would make most poeple a bit nervous, but if you're prepared and focused, it can be viewed as excitement instead. When I felt prepared, I sorta liked going on interviews. I was a teacher and one of my...

After i got off of Klonopin, it was at its worst. My doctor gave me Celexa, and I'm better. Different meds work on differ...

Judy, I understand the feelings you are having. I too have been in that place. What you first need to do is educate yourself on anxiety. The first thing I did was buy "Panic to Power." I have read it numerous times because every time I read it, I get something else out of it. It is like my bible to ...

Hi Jango, I have been smoke free for a year and a half. It has been a long journey since I have smoked for a long time. When I smoked, I actually was relaxed. That is what made quitting hard on me. Everyone is different. Our bodies all function and adapt differently. Quitting for you may be just "wh...

I also know about meds, but I would do this lesson just to refresh myself and possibly learn something new. It only takes a week to do and could be quite beneficial for future references. For example, helping somebody also trying to recover.

:DGood Luck
