Debbie, for months I could not figure out why my left arm and hand would have servere pain and sense of weight. Cleary it was one of the ways my body was expressing it's aniexty. I must admit, at first I thought the worse - stroke.

Monday's seem to very difficult for me. Clearly I'm setting myself up. When I have an aniexty attack it seems to linger all day. I can't seem to get it "off" me. I am hopeful however.
