Hi Theresa, I agree with john19 as well. Try doing other phobias or fears you may have other than the flying and see how those feel to you. I was very anxious on planes too. I was afraid of heights. Just being 4 feet off the ground, I would get dizzy and anxious. I am on the 3rd lesson and I climbed...
