I know I had OCD, Anxiety and Panic attacks as a kid. I think a lot of people do, you just don't realize what it is until you are older and know to talk about it.

Are you taking medication for it? I was on Luvox for a long time and it was wonderful. But I had to come off it because of my depression, they had to put me on an MAOI and you can't take and SSRI with and MAOI.

My husband and I are both on Depression medications. I always take my meds. My husband stops and starts his effexor all the time and feels sick a lot. I think it's because he does not keep up with the meds. He takes effexor. Anyone else do this?

What is the difference between I will do my best and perfectionism. To me they are the same. I don't know how to tell them apart.

That is a normal part of OCD. To worry about the past, worry about hurting someone. I have those thoughts, plus in the past I have been a double checker. Don't worry you are not alone. You will get through this.
