Re: New Again!

Hi Coach Chris,

Yes! So many insights. It’s amazing how on-target the program is by today’s standards. Biggest insight - Session 3! Self-talk skills are essential for everything we do in life! I’ve started journaling mine on my phone.

Thank you for still being here!

Warm Regards,
Mindy

Re: I'm stuck here...

I see this was written during the pandemic of 2020! Many people joined th ranks of those of us who suffer from panic attacks, but now it’s 2023 and the pandemic has passed us (at least this one!)…just like our panic attacks Always pass🤔🕺👍🏼

Re: Need What If Help

I just try to remember that I can float through it. Panic attacks always pass. Also, I take a walk - if at all possible — to deplete some adrenaline. Even if I just walk to the bathroom!

I agree..it wasn't till I took this section seriously that I realized how I talk to myself - I'm trying now to self-talk in a way that helps, rather than hinders. 😉

Re: Any Experience Using Program for Peri/Menopause

Yes! I’m on bioidentical estrogen & progesterone & I feel like I have my life back! That and this program are my keys to feeling good. The only thing that sucks is that insurance doesn’t pay for it. Funny, they pay for viagra for men and they pay for the Xanax I’d need if I wasn’t on BHRT (bioidenti...

New Again!

Did this years ago, loved it, but now I think I’m in a better position to get more out of it. I started back w the new app - great! - but I like it as an add-on, so to speak, because it’s hard to read a workbook on my iPhone. I love it for the convenience of audios + daily checklist. I ordered the g...

Not sure what the previous post was about, but, don't worry Linda, this is a safe place for us. Nobody will be mad at you. On the contrary, it's helpful to everyone here that you share your feelings. I think you sound like a very kind person, Have a beautiful day, and maybe give yourself a break! ;)

Hi eb, and thanx egrif and kgirl, you guys have no idea how you made my day. I think that was so sweet what you all said about my cat's thoughts. I did save her from the mean streets when she was pregnant, so you're probably right! To answer your question about bipolar anxiety: For me, it's extreme ...

Back at ya, egriff, you make me smile too. The latest drug combo made me itch and break out in hives. The last took away my sex drive. But yet, everyone, my doc & family, and me sometimes, thinks I need to be on meds. I wish there was one without side effect that I can't deal with. My cats can even ...

I have bi-polar, and I agree w/Cel and egriff. It's hard to accept that I need the meds, and the doctor has to switch them around sometimes because they can stop working well. I have tried many, many times to go off meds, sometimes cold turkey (very bad idea), sometimes very sensibly, weaning slowly...
