Hi Jargon28, Thank you so much for sending along the name of your forum. I am going to check it out! I really need to quit caffeine too, but right now it is the only thing that gets me through the day -- without it I am extremely fatigued. I have 2 little girls who need a Mommy with at least a littl...

Another thought on the heavy head (as you can see, this subject is near and dear to my heart!) I was telling my doctor (psychiatrist) about my heavy, foggy head, and how I was having a hard time focusing on anything ... couldn't even really keep track of what day it was. His answer was that my anxie...

Hi again,
Yes, NBGuy is right about the chiropractor! I forgot about that. It would be a GREAT idea to see a chiropractor and get some x-rays. Getting adjusted could really bring relief.

Good idea, NBGuy!

Keep us posted, Ashlynn ...

Hi Ashlynn, YES -- I have that feeling all the time, and I also had an MRI a couple years ago. My MRI did show some white spots on both sides for my brain which could have signaled Lyme Disesae, Multiple Sclerosis, and a couple other conditions I don't recall, but I was tested for all of those and t...

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask a question. I am having a hard time with this lesson, because I do the exact opposite of what she is talking about. I don't run myself ragged. I don't do too much for other people. I used to do to much for my kids, but last year I had a couple surgeries and illnesses, an...

Hi Michelle, I am SO sorry about not getting back to your last post about us emailing each other -- I just noticed it now :-(. I would love to exchange emails with you and help support each other. I am still addicted too ... in fact, I am not sure I would be the best support person for you since I a...

Thanks Michelle and Spectro49, for posting and letting me know I'm not alone in this. Micelle, in one of your earlier posts, you asked if anyone would want to be a "sponsor" for you while you tried to quit. Did anyone respond to that? I certainly wouldn't be a good sponsor, since I am entrenched in ...

HELP!! I wasn't able to read every post in their entirety because I was getting dizzy, but I get the gist that most people posting on this topic have quit, or are trying to quit, caffeine. I need help! Any tips you can give me would be great, but I do know about not going cold turkey, and slowly add...

Hi, I am wondering where the best place is to post on this site. I had been posting under "November" (since that's when I started the program) and then the lesson I was on, but I have noticed there isn't much response in that area. Is this area for everyone, regardless of when they started the progr...

I have the Feeling Good book, and refer to it often as a reference for things. It is a great book, but I have never been able to get through the whole thing (that's just me -- I get distracted, procrastinate, etc.) I like the fact that it is like a workbook and a "textbook" in one -- he has you do e...
