Dear Curly1976, I'm familiar with symptoms appearing that haven't been there before. I've exhibited in the past some comparatively fearless behavior, that seems like a different person to me now. Keep plugging with this stuff, you're gonna be fine.

Listen to your Stress stuff again, definitely the relaxation tape (maybe a couple of times a day, before yard duty, before the PTF meeting.)
