I want to know if anti-anxiety meds would help and if I should talk to my doctor about using them.

I've had it all my life.
I started getting debilitating bouts of cramps with trips to the ER from it. My gastroenterologist put me on a high fiber diet- at least 30 gm fiber/day- along with lactulose and after 3 years it retrained my bowel.
I was on norpramine which causes some constipation.

I can't get going when I get up. If I don't use a stimulant I will sit on the couch and watch TV for hours until I do take something to make my body go.
I have hypoglycemia, hypothyroid and ADD, not to mention depression and I take meds for thyroid and ADD.

I have blurred vision too and glasses aren't helping. I know it's anxiety because if I can relax my vision gets better.
