Congratulations on starting! Sometimes it can be overwhelming feeling you have to do so much every day. If you can just do a little bit each day it really helps. If you feel you need to spend more time on a session, do it! Be patient with yourself and the program. Good luck!

I started doing namaste yoga and that was more comfortable for me. I notice that the more I stick with it the le...

I know exactly what you mean. It seems as if sleep or drugs and alcohol are the only escapes. I pray that this program can help me to climb out of this hole that I have dug for myself. I've just started and and I am optimistic for the first time in years!!

My daughter was diagnosed with bipolar disorder but the medications aren't working and she is so manipulative that sometimes I think it is borderline personality. She is 29 and has a 6 year old child. She is married and her and her husband have been evicted from 3 houses in the past year and are now...

Be proud of yourself at least you got out your feelings. That is a step!! You dont want to be at a job like that with people li...

Theresa,
Thanks for posting. I really needed these verses today. I am glad that you decided to attend church and I hope that you continue to go. God is the only reason that I am still surviving and I know that I couldn't do anything without Him. He will be there for you too. God Bless You!

I stopped the xanax I was taking a year ago when I started the program and also the small amt.of Prozac I was taking periodically. I haven't needed or taken any since. I've had some pretty stressful times since the stock market crash but still haven't resorted to any of the meds. When I didn't have ...
