This was my biggest problem when I was in my worst days of anxiety and panic attacks. I could not drive anywhere by myself. To this day it seems to be the only thing that causes anxiety if ever I get it now. What I did was to simply go out little by little. Just going down your own street maybe then...

I feel this way especially after having finished the program. The last 3 weeks I had been completely anxiety free, and this week I feel a lot more anxiety than usual for some reason, but I figure since this happens to everyone that next week I will probably be feeling better. I think the most import...

I figured this out today as well, that I maybe in a way "fear" being independant, but I dont have to be, and I know that now. Everyday I figure out better ways to prevent myself from making me nervous and it just keeps getting better.

Lately I have been getting anxiety for no reason. It bothers me a bit since I was doing so well but I suppose I just have to deal with it and do my best not to let it scare me. Maybe it is more annoying than it is scary anyway. :?

Through my experiences with panic attacks and anxiety and learning to overcome them I have found that taking time to listen to relaxing music really helps you destress, apart from the relaxation session of the program. I am a college student studying music and I love post-romantic classical music. T...

I had been afraid to drive since a few months ago. It all started because I had my WORST panic attack while driving to a doctor's appointment. I am now on session 4 of the program and can now drive to my college classes, half hour drive away from where I live. The only way to get rid of the fear of ...

Before my panic attacks started happening to me (About 4 months ago) My average blood pressure was about 118/72 and today I went to the doctor for a retinal photo and my blood pressure was 145/75 I think. What makes it worse is that the doctor asks me if I have blood pressure problems with a very co...

I figure since a lot of people are posting about their triumphs I would to. Two months ago I could hardly leave my room without having a panic attack. Little by little through both this program and a book I read on panic attacks, I have completed two weeks of my college classes which are half hour d...
