You should really stop going to these sites. I started a few years back and after a week I realized where it was going. Basically I deleted everything on my PC and all my links to those sites. Then I moved my PC to a room where I could never think of surfing those sites just to remove the temptation...

Hello, You seem to be doing remarkably well for what you are going through. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Hi Jenny, Thnaks for your reply, sorry you are going through this as well, I hear you about the neck and back tension, sometimes I feel like I am 90 years old. I saw my chriopracter last night and I asked her about this, and she said that it is from improper breathing, and the tension in my muscles....

I have a question, does anyone's legs & arms feel like they way 200lb each? I have been having neck and back problems lately and I am not sure if this is related to that or my anxiety. any input would be great.
