I used to look out at the sky and watch them move. I also have the black ones. These the doctor told me wer...

61 in Feb. So, I outrank the 50 yr olds.
I have always had anxiety, but didn't realize the type panic attacks. I don't really get them as much as General Anxiety Disorder.
Also Depression is a constant in my life, up and down as the case may be.

you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders. I am glad you are keeping the options open for your health.
That is the most important thing.

from what I have read, certain people are trying to push all problems off on either Yeast. or Lyme disease. I don't know how they can do this, but well, whatever. I am always cynical of the lyme thing because it seems to be like snake oil med. It covers everything. And there is only one or two place...

llissa, you are not the only one who fears that. I have had IBS since I was a young child. It really molded my behavior, and it still does somewhat. My problem now is that I take heavy duty pain killers for my bladder problems, and they cause constipation, so I rarely have a loose colon attack. But,...

I was 5ft. 1/2" and weight about 100-103 lbs. But in my field (ballet) that was too much. They wanted me down to ...

ME TOO!
I hope to gain more control over this problem, and have made some strides in that direction.
I don't think I will ever be "normal", but I would settle for no panic when I feel things or go to a dr.
I always am panicky......
