Re: I have so many questions

Hi Kevin, I wish I had answers for you, but I don't. I can say without a doubt that you are not alone. As far as getting back to a normal happy life, I don't know yet. But, I intend to keep trying. Even if that means making drastic life changes, such as DIVORCE! I hate the idea, but I may have to be...

Hi Guys,
I too had brain zaps before I started any meds. I'm now on paroxetine and bupropion. Still no relief for the brain zaps. I've been complaing about this for over 3 years. Doctors can't find anything to blame it on.
Has anyone heard from other who had these zaps before starting meds?

I think I'm ready to throw in the towel on this marriage! In books and movies they call it "growing apart". Sounds like bull****, but guess what it, really happens. Not blaming wifey poo, but accepting that beating a dead horse only wears you out.I'm tired!!! Tired of living according to someone els...

Thanks all for the responses! It's good to see parity of insights. One thing I failed to mention in my original post is that part of my desire to live alone stems from having no desire to live my life based on someone else s expectations. Particularly when others (wife) make no attempt to meet my ex...

Does anyone else ever have frequent "pulses" in their head during high stress/anxiety situations? I have been experiencing this phenomenon for several years now. The best way to describe it would be to compare it to the ringing sound of a beach ball being smacked. It can be quite disconcerting at tim...

Over the past couple of years, I have made significant progress towards controlling my anxiety and depression. Rarely do I feel those pangs of being overwhelmed and helpless. I am married to an absolutely wonderful lady, and have two beautiful kids. Life is good! Or so it seems. My problem now is th...

I'm in a similar situation, considering a divorce. You all probably don't hear from men much on this topic, so I'll explain. Just over 11 years ago, I met my wife after being divorced for nearly 5 years. I'd had a few casual dates but nothing even remotely serious. After my divorce in 1995, I had vo...

I find myself now doing the Pro v Con thing on my marriage. Trying to decide which would be less painful, staying in a marriage with no passion or intimacy, or ending the marriage and moving back to living alone. When I refer to passion and intimacy, I don't mean sex. It seems that my wife an I are ...
