Stress Center Peer Support

Does anyone have the "compulsion to confess or tell?" If so, any pointers on how you determine whether it's just a compulsion or if you really need to tell someone something. Specific examples anyone has would be great. Thanks!

I've posted this on another forum also, but am just wondering if anyone else has this issue. I'm completely obsessing on what ifs such as,

"What if I find out my boyfriend (insert irrational fear here!) and then I can't be with him anymore?" Can anyone relate to this???

I used to be plagued with those same exact obsessions. That was one of the worst times in my life (15 years ago). I would get so worked up and depressed that I wanted to die. I can honestly look back now and not believe I used to have those thoughts. I never could have been convinced back then that ...
