lau_von_c I think that the exercise definitely helps to reduce my anxiety/stress level. It gives me time to clear my head out and to consider whatever is bothering me without having to deal with that issue at that moment. As for the diet, I'm still working on modifying mine, so it's too early for me...

ShyDawn, Like you, I work fulltime, am up at 5 a.m. on weekdays, and was wondering, initially, if this program was for me. Now, I'm just starting Session #5, and I think it's for me.
