Stress Center Peer Support

I've recently been trying to settle on a med. Went from Lexapro to Cymbalta...Cymbalta felt like Xoloft to me with sweating, etc. So, I've gone back to Lexapro and have also received the freebies from the program, Good Days. Anyone been taking both?

I received the program and I'm now starting, but it seems this program is more geared to anxiety than depression..or atleast leans in this direction. Is this true?
