I have been taking Xanax regularly (.25mg four times a day)for about two months now for extreme anxiety and panic as well as Effexor 225mg. My anxiety is still around, but the panic seemed to have disappeared until today. I had a full blown panic attack which worries me because I am on Xanax as well...
