Probably some stories on Medication forum. I hate getting off SSI. Never taken Paxil but sometimes I feel like I have taken everything else. Exercise will help along with good nutrition.Also check out Paxil withdrawal on the net. Take care.

what you have written it appears you are dealing with a great deal of stress and life change. I would get the workbook and go over the chapters that deal with some of the areas you are dealing with. Prozac was the first antidepressant that I ever took . It worked very well for me but eventually it did not help( but felt great for about a 2 years)

This really gets me down too. I have a sister in law who is just so good ( saying that in a positive way) and another sister in law who is so pretty and popular. Just have to accept I will never measure up no matter how hard I try. Most of the times this works but sometimes I get stuck and get down.
