Re: coming off paxil cr
Probably some stories on Medication forum. I hate getting off SSI. Never taken Paxil but sometimes I feel like I have taken everything else. Exercise will help along with good nutrition. Also check out Paxil withdrawal on the net. Take care.

Re: medications
I would talk to your Dr. about your meds. Like you wrote this may cause some problems but there may be some underlying depression caused by emotional factors. I did the program but I still had to go on a low dose antidepressant. At least I can sleep now and it is just a one ring circus in my head in...

Re: depressing day
what you have written it appears you are dealing with a great deal of stress and life change. I would get the workbook and go over the chapters that deal with some of the areas you are dealing with. Right now it probably seems so overwhelming. Keep the communication with your spouse open. All this s...

Re: constantly comparing myself to others
This really gets me down too. I have a sister in law who is just so good ( saying that in a positive way) and another sister in law who is so pretty and popular. Just have to accept I will never measure up no matter how hard I try. Most of the times this works but sometimes I get stuck and get down.

Re: Does weight come off after weaning off meds?
I always gain weight on depression meds. Looking at photos I can tell when I was on meds and not. Last was Celexa and after I went off I joined weight watchers and lost the weight. It has been a year since meds. and really feel my brain is in overdrive but just dread the weight gain of depression me...
