Hi - I am on session 5 but have to keep coming back to session 2. I'm not agoraphobic in that I cannot go out of the house, drive myself, shop, run errands, etc. My problem is socialization with people I know. I too suffer from Bipolar 2. I also have depression (especially in winter) and panic attacks. Is this program helpful for Bipolar 2?
