Finding it hard to be positive when I am being negative about lesson three. I am finding it hard to become motivated to write down all of my negative thoughts. Is it just me? Or am I just being negative? How were you motivated to write? Thanks so much.

So the Olympics are here and this marks the 4th year I have had panics....got my first attack while watching the olympics. Sounds silly, but I am beyond excited to watch the games and not get panics!!! Go USA!!
