Please note the the ginseng in these vitamins do speed up the heart rate.......So if your already running around with adrenaline now imagine yourself with ginseng/caffeine stimulant added to it! They also have been known to slightly raise blood pressure. The vitamins did do that to me!

A cousin of mine also took the 5htp as well and it made him sleepy and tired all day. He was not able to function normally while being on it.....I don't know about his blood pressure....
