Greetings -- I was on a parkway heading north several months ago on Long Island, and due to a merge with another parkway (the Southern State) I found myself heading 60 miles per hour in the left hand lane with a monster SUV tailgating me just inches from my bumper. I wanted to move over into the mid...

Greetings -- I agree that there are thoughts behind these feelings. My problem is that I can't hone in on the thoughts. They just seem to be very vague and in the subconscious and I can't get a handle on it. Without that edge, I can't counter it with a very specific positive thought.

Greetings -- How do you deal with a lifetime of never having positive programming. I am starting to analyze all of my scary thoughts and I realuize that there is a common thread. And that is that I don't have the skills to survive -- that almost every situation where I have to interact socially -- w...

I have several anticipatory anxieties that manifest themselves with terrible nausea -- so severe that I ultimately withdraw with all the resultant consequential effects to my esteem. One of them is dating the opposite sex (I am not gay). I would reall...

Greetings -- Rocco Mediate in his interview after his defeat in sudden death against Tiger Woods could only praise himself with true positive empowering thoughts. I didn't hear anything about losing. It was all about how great it was to have gotten this far, how this was beyond my wildest dreams, ho...

Greetings -- Has anyone ever found themselves in a situation where they daydream and rehearse future angry encounters or fictitious encounters? I am a victim of a lot of injustice, mainly from people in authority -- parent, bosses, etc. Sometimes, I just lose it and ponder what I would say to someon...

Greetings -- I am still taking the program, although I've had to go at a slower pace. I have some pretty severe anxieties that cripple me and stop me dead in my tracks. One of them is when I travel. The anxiety arises out of my subconscious and has no clear thoughts. Everytime I travel away from hom...

Greetings -- I don't think the minute amounts of caffeine in these diet sodas is significant. I too, though, worry about the sugar substitutes. Furthermore, the acid in any of the sodas over time wil eat away at the enamel on your teeth. Perhaps decaf tea and coffee is best and water is also good.
