Jonsey, it sounds like more of an allergy problem to me! I wouldn't be concerned about your heart with those symptoms, but I would entertain the thought of seeing an Allergist or and ENT.

I take my Paxil in the morning....would it be best for me to take Lexapro at night while I am transitioning?

Or take them both at the same time?
