I'm in week 5 and I still find my self avoiding things and places. I take my vitamins every morning before going to go work out and ocasionally If I feel like I need a xanax I take and it doesn't do anything to me. I think it's actually a good thing because you get vitamins from your food and if your not getting enough of it you get it from the vitamins. Hope that ...

Like Larissa said, there's decaf green tea. I drink I big cup of green tea every night. There's allot of reason why green tea helps, but I don't know that green tea has or does anything bad for anxiety. Any one?
