Re: Quitting

Know that you are far from being alone in that thought! It is not easy but the reality is that recovering from anxiety/panic/dep is very doable. Thank God it is a condition that can be overcome. We have to persevere and just keep moving forward with the program and do things that will help us change...

Re: Switching from Lexapro to Zoloft

I have been on Zoloft 2xs before and both times it helped me overcome my panic and anxiety disorder. That was over 12 yrs ago so the doc wanted me to try one of the newer meds (Lexapro) but not happy with results. I'am just starting Zoloft (day 3) so hopefully it will work as it did before. As for t...

I just get anxious with any change but I remind myself that I have been on it 2xs before and probably should have started with this since its worked for me. Why reinvent the wheel. But I guess doc r using the newer drugs now. Wish me luck. Hope...

Mitral Valve Prolapse syndrome and anxiety disorder

I have had both since I was 18 and often don't know how much of my symptoms are coming from which issue. Symptoms are very similar and overlap. Are there different treatment n...

Re: Empowering Group Program Run-through part4

Yes THH, Im sure my automatic what ifs are so deeply ingrained that it often happens without out notice and it is the physical reaction that I am keenly aware of. It will take time and practice to really listen to what it is I am telling myself when any physical sensations come on. Unfortunately, my...

Re: Ask Coach Chris

Hi ca2, Im sorry, I have no experience with Cymbalta, but I know that there are hundreds of diff meds that are available. I know that it' hard to think about side effects and switching but when you find the right combo for you it can be life changing. The other option is trying a more natural route....
