My anxiety levels are almost non-existence, but during my first trauma experience, I was very anxious, but time is the best healer along with knowledge and venting.

have u been allergic b4? or "just have gotten allergic, because of anxiety causing stomach problems. I heard it's probably some form of yeast or bad bacteria that's causing all of this. i feel the same way as you, but do not know if im allergic. i'm probably going to get it checked out.

What did your Doctors say? I would try a GI specialist. But in the meantime, continue your healthy lifestyle and think positive. Every time a negative thought comes to mind, replace it with a positive thought. Hang in there bud.

Hey, I found out that I had a spasm in the abdominal area which gave Ulcer symptoms. Hope that helps.

I was told that I might have an ulcer, but I'm suppose to get an Upper GI for that. Haven't so far though.
