Your right. My heart is still racing but I have been feeding in to it. I am so worn out and hot and sore and hormonal...just don't know how to lay there with my heart racing...but I will I will not run. I know it's just a challenging day but this too shall pass. Your heart raced at night ...

Is feeling the fear and doing it anyway the only way to overcome your fears of the symptoms??? I have been doing just that but they are not completely going away....is it just time. I am not very patient..I am trying!!! Any thoughts on this???

You are wonderful....how long after recieving the program did you recover. I have read the workbooks in little pieces and tapes...scrambling them all up...they have helped alot...but I wonder if I need to start from the beginning in order to fuly recover. What do you think? Thanks again!

Just recieved the book last Saturday...short and simple...seems to be worth the money. Have not done the wrist counter...like seeing myself rationalize my thoughts on paper. This journey is been so interesting...exciting and can't wait to see where life takes me.
