Otama,

No side effects but the grogginess at 7.5 and the initial hypomania at 5. But then again, I believe my pdoc is heading towards a diagnosis of bipolar II for me. Ugh.

A Cloak of Love Monday, March 24, 2008 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (New International Version) 4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evi...

I'm curious, is it always in our best interest not to judge others? For instance, what if your daughter had a new guy come by the house one evening to pick her up for a date. Female wanted: I'm looking for someone to dine out with from time-to-time. I would prefer that you have occasional difficulty swallowing, and fear poultry dishes. If you're uncomfortable around crowds that would be a plus too, particularly if that makes you perspire and causes nervous twitches. I do...

Jen, Yes, I know that feeling all too well. I have found a correlation between the breathing tape and my ability to exercise. Before I was breathing w/o using my diaphragm; it was all upper chest. That made me panicky. Work with that breathing tape every day and concentrate on breathing from your di...

Hi, Thought I'd toss another one in here: Seeking woman to take long bike rides with. Preferably someone who fears heart attacks due to exertion and suffers from IBS. As we ride we can bet on who will keel over first and die. Looser has to ride back to town in sheer panic without pooping. I'll bring...
