Hi Lost girl I have been taking ativan to help with insomnia after surgery. I was very nervous to take it myself. My Mother had been on it with end stage Alzheimer's disease. I have been taking each evening and i have not had any problems with it. It has helped my insomnia and post-operative nausea....

Hello Ms T thank you for the re-posting. I have been having flare-up of my panic attacks. I know its due to not copingwell with stress.

I read this and felt better. It's all about standing up to the fear.
