Jody , there is nothing like a belly laugh.I had forgotten how uplifting it is to feel it coming from deep inside and just bubbling out of my soul. I wish I could make it happen at will but it seems to be a rare bird. Thanks Jody. Dave L.

I would remember some points that Lucinda makes:

1. You will sleep when your body needs it

2. Try doing some odd chores in the waking night hours. Fold laundry, empty the dishwasher, balance the checkbook, etc.

3. Listen to your relaxation CD.

I had spurts like this while completing the program ...

If you had strep throat and you had the antibiotics in your cabinet, would you take them back to the pharmacy or would you take them? Keep the program and work every single session, do the homework, and in a few months, tell us all how glad you are we wouldn't let you send it back. Pecos

Vicky.. its good once and a while to take time off just for you.
A day for vichy just to relax, and do the things that vicky wants to do.
Don't focus on work, miss a day, miss a week, and even if you get fired... you'll always find work somewhere else.
Focus on getting better...

I used to have that problem... for me it was more the coughing...
I would have servere stomach pain, and I would cough alot which induced the vomiting.
I would always make sure I was close to a restroom.
Also once in a restroom
I would stay in the bathroom stall till every one would leave the ...

I'm having a hard time finding Should's. I know I probably have millions. But when it comes to putting them on paper, my sheet comes out blank.
