I am so frustrated with myself....I have practiced going places alone for years and have never been able to stop the fear of fear when I am alone....how does one surrender to the feelings?

Here is my dilema....I do ok with anxiety and panic when I am not alone. I can go anywhere and do anything as long as I am not alone. I am not afraid to have a panic attack when I am with someone.....but when I am alone.....it scares me to death.....then of course when I am alone I have more anxiety ...
