I just have the most difficult time with anticipatory anxiety......it just gets the best of me...I do take zoloft and thought it would help more than it does but today I went to pick up my Mom who is 82 years old and wanted to have a nice day with her which I did......but going there and driving hom...

I am so frustrated with myself....I have practiced going places alone for years and have never been able to stop the fear of fear when I am alone....how does one surrender to the feelings?

Here is my dilema....I do ok with anxiety and panic when I am not alone. I can go anywhere and do anything as long as I am not alone. I am not afraid to have a panic attack when I am with someone.....but when I am alone.....it scares me to death.....then of course when I am alone I have more anxiety...
