Does anyone experience anxiety while exercising? I do brisk walking and jogging and monitor my breathing when jogging but from time to time i get an attack and hyperventilate. Has anyone had the feeling of passing out or wanting to faint before the feeling of fear going all over you? I know it's anxiety but this was a big one, I could hardly walk around without feeling uneasiness or unbalanced.
