A lot of times it is not the position, as much as the reaction, delegation, and amount of pressure applied to yourself. Anxiety usually forces us to have unrealistic expectations of ourselves. It could very well be because you are putting too much pressure on the what you didnt get done in the day, and what needs to be done tomorrow. Especially if it is always occurring at the same time.
