Hello All,
I am here to restart the program. I am really stuck. I have been off of work for a few months and am anxiety-ridden about going back. Panic attacks are the reason I needed to take off in the first place. I am looking forward to being amongst those who can relate!

It does feel overwhelming to think that your life could change. I think that if you change your focus, it will feel more like you can do it.
