Re: This program is a total scam and rip off.
To see a change in your life, you have to do the WORK. The program is merely a tool, no different than a treadmill is to someone trying to lose weight. Those wanting a magic pill to cure their anxiety won't find it in the program if they're not willing to do the work. Only reading and listening won'...

Re: end of the world????
Well he's certainly gotten a lot of publicity by doing this and publicity = $$$$$ Please don't loose sleep over this. I know, easier said than done! Like I said, try and evaluate what else is going on in your life right now that may be stressing you out or scaring you. Worrying about the end of the ...

Re: Defensive people
Thanks so much guys, you're awesome! I can feel myself getting stronger. I guess it's only natural for the ones who love us and who are use to taking advantage of us or our time aren't going to like when we change they stop getting what they want. But I HAVE noticed a change in my parents, I think t...

Re: Defensive people
Thanks for the very valuable help guys! I made a point to use phrases like "I feel..." I think I did a very good job of being calm and compassionate while still properly expressing how I fell. I think maybe he wasn't expecting me to bring this up and it sort of came out of no where, which is why he ...

Defensive people
Hi guys, I need some advice. How do you handle people when you've been assertive with them and they get angry or defensive over what you're saying? I had a conversation with someone in my family this evening about something that was bothering me. He got very defensive and angry. I was just explainin...

Re: 2 years out of work. What can be wrong?
It's tough out there! My boyfriend, who has a commerce degree and a good deal of experience, has had a horrible time finding a new job. He's lucky to currently have a permanent position but isn't too happy in this current office. I know he's a great candidate and would do a wonderful job anywhere bu...

Re: Going through program in 15 DAYS?
I know it's hard, but don't skip around on the tapes. They really should be done one after another for the best results. Once you've completed the program, then you can listen to specific tapes. I can say from experience that you'll need more than one day per tape. What's the rush?

Re: anxiety/stress/ face flushing///
This use to be a very common symptom for me. It doesn't happen nearly as often, actually very infrequently now. You're so concerned about what others think and fear that they're going to think badly of you, that you're flushing easily. And then you scary thoughts of "what if I blush?" just fuel the ...

Shello, It does sound like the work situation is causing you a lot of anxiety and stress. The worrying about being allergic to different foods is just a huge distraction from the day to day stresses you're currently feeling. The distraction puts us in a position where we don't really have to "deal" ...

Shello, This sounds like a control issue. About a year ago I was going through a very rough time and had noticed one day that I had a few hives on my arm, so I of course obsessed about them and started thinking "maybe I'm allergic to something," so I narrowed it down to possible being wheat or tomat...
