Anxious about other peoples (real) health issues
My fathers recently had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery. A few years back he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He is also a cancer survivor. The period in which he had cancer was a very anxious time for me, not knowing if he was going to live or die, and seeing him in such a frail state ...

I know that I sometimes regress b/c I am afraid of the panic, and know that going through this program will ...

I have been making some small steps to being able to travel more. I have realized that there are places I like to go, and would never have been able to before the program.
I have however, hit a snag.(excuse the bit of back story here) I found that my father has always wanted me to do things and go ...

I work in a daycare, and was notified today that one of the children has the swine flu. Ever since hearing the news my anxiety has been acting up.
I cannot help but feel as it is almost inevitable to get this flu now, as illness passes quickly in daycare, and with constant exposure to the flu for ...

Over the past few days a lot has been happening that is leaving me overwhelmed, anxious about outcomes, and thus resulting in depression. I try to look for the good, but the bad gets in the way.
It started a few days ago with a cat I found. He is thin, dehydrated, and sickly. I was able to get him ...
