Re: which med works well for muscle tension
lhsupermom, have you tried cymbalta? My dad takes it for depression, but it has recently been approved for muscle pain as well. He claims to have much less tension since taking it. Unfortunately I can't take it b/c I can't swallow capsules.

Re: which med works well for muscle tension
For those of you taking Buspar and falling asleep... what is the manufacturer?!? I recently realized that the generic made by one manufacturer was making me sleep almost instantly and super dizzy during the day. Changed manufacturers and have noticed a HUGE difference in just 2 days. I'm wondering i...

Re: trouble switching brands of alprazolam XR?
Ack!! I've tried replying to this message twice, so hopefully this one will take! Different brands will have different binding agents, so yes, there can be a problem when switching. I am currently having the same trouble with different generic buspar brands. One knocks me out for 14 hours, while the...

Re: which med works well for muscle tension
For me Effexor caused sever muscle pain/tension to the extent I discontinued the med. I just started buspar yesterday, so not sure about that yet, but I'll keep you posted if you like.

Has anyone used Viibryd??
Hi everyone!
I was just wondering if anyone has tried viibryd?? My Dr. just prescribed it, and I have had horrible side effects from pretty much all the other ADs I've tried and am very nervous about this one. Any advice appreciated! Thanks!

Re: jessie's Thorns
Hi Jessie! Thank you for sharing your story! I also suffer from anxiety, depression, and most recently insomnia. The meds I am taking me make me exhausted, yet I can't sleep at night. When I do, I wake with horrible nightmares. You are obviously an amazingly strong person to have survived all you di...

Re: Sudden crash into serious depression -- help?!!
zmonster and everyone else, thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I am having a terrible time right now. I will feel okay for a couple hours, but haven't had a good day in longer than I can remember. I have just started imipramine, after having very bad reactions to several other ADs. I am...

Hi everyone! I'm here too! I have started the program several times and always stopped when I started to feel better... bad idea! So, I'm back again and would love to talk to all of you! Ladybug, I too have issues with driving, although strangely this round of anxiety hasn't produced as many driving...

Re: driveing a car travel in general
Suzieque, thanks so much for your post! I too have trouble driving (although I force myself to do it). I love the idea of telling myself I'm not afraid of driving, but afraid of having a panic attack while driving. I'm going to try that tomorrow! Thanks so much!

Re: Anyone taking Lamictal?
Sorry I can't be more help. I only took Lamictal for about a week before meeting my new doc who didn't think it was the best med choice for me. I was on a really low dose and the only side effect I noticed (other than the anxiety of taking a new med) was slight facial flushing.
Good luck to you!
