I have had this problem also, but I don't really let it worry me, I have had it happen as long as 20 years ago, it is only periodically and I just had it happen pretty good about a week ago. Dear War: Relax, take a deep breath, use the "stop sign" image when the negative, obsessive thoughts start. Or, remind yourself that they are "thoughts...only thoughts..." Once you get through that, and have success at it, then you can look at the issues and decide if they are legitimate concerns......
