Well I went back today, was nervous driving in but was fine all day. I think I kept playing that I could leave at anytime so I think that kept me from panicking.

I hope I can make it through the day like you did. I'm a ball of nerves right now, just anticipating the worst. I have a million questions running through my mind. What if I can't make it there? What if I can't go and I get fired? I'll be letting everyone down who said I could do it. I'd be letting ...

But if you stand up to the bully the less he'll start to bother you and eventually he'll go away all together. Sure he...

I work FT at a corporate office (been on medical leave for a few weeks and start back Monday) and part time at ER Vet Hospital. I've always loved working with animals and have decided that eventually I want to go back to school to become a vet nurse. I got a call from my boss at my vet job who said ...

So to make a very long story short, I've had anxiety for the last 5 years but over the summer it has gotten worse to the point where I needed to take time off from work. Well my parents found out, I'm 27 and live with my boyfriend, and they came over tonight to discuss my issues. Well both my parent...

My parents just found out a few days ago that I was out on disability from work, I'm 27 and have lived out of my parents house for 3 years. My mom has been over my house everyday since she found out. She'll be over tonight with my dad and she took off work tomorrow to come over. I'm supposed to star...

Since I was a teenager I always had a messy room. A lot of clothes and shoes everywhere, and cups left on my night stand each night. I would let it get like that for months until I decided to clean it. And once I cleaned it, I would feel good. But then after a few weeks, it would just become messy a...

I think people reading this post, including myself, would get a bit defensive because we are so sensitive sometimes. But you are right. There are a lot of more serious, life threatining issues that people need to deal with. I feel my anxiety does harm me, mentally, physically, and emoitionally. But ...
