Hey everyone, thought i would share something great with you. Check out the Lifescapes music series. I recommend the Relaxing Orient soundtrack and the Mind & Body Collection. I love these tracks, they are so soothing.

I know how you feel, Scared, im having the same problem. I also switched meds about after a day this started happening, so i've been pretty stressed for a week now. My doctor wasnt concerned, so i'm coping by continually telling myself that its nothing and i'll be fine. The self-talk helps a little.

I am in the same boat, Debi. I do some of the program, quit, do it again at a later date. Also know that there is no set time frame in which to finish the program, you do it at your own pace. Just do as the others say as far as focusing on the current lesson week you are doing and you WILL get throu...

I think you were right in the fact that you told the man how you felt. That in itself is assertiveness. Don't beat yourself up because your aunt got angry with you. I think that as long as you didnt get noticeably angry and controlled your emotions when telling the man how you felt, then all is good...
