Spazzz- to reinforce what sowhatif said your dad likely had his own issues with anxiety and depression. We often use anger to try to gain control. I'm glad to hear you are working through the program. Stick with it! I will tell you a bit about myself in the hopes that you can find some encouragement in it.  I recall having my first prolonged anxiety episode about 12 years ago. I had no idea what was wrong with me other than I surely had cancer...
