Re: Share your most successful coping strategies

I also recommend the TEA forms from the book by Sam Obitz and Michelle Craske mentioned above. They have helped me immensely and really are not that difficult to incorporate into your routine once you get over the learning curve with them :D That has certainly been true for me as well. I do them fi...

Re: Fear of failure.

Thank you for the feedback. I am a failure at work because I can't get a job. It's been 2 years and 4 months since I had a job. I will be 51 soon. I am experiencing age discrimination as well. I never thought this would happen to me! But it has! I have a spouse and child. My spouse works. I don't w...

Are you supposed to take them for just the duration of the therapy if you are doi...

Re: has anyone been like this since early childhood?

I have voids but I think it is a trap to spend too much time worrying about the past, because regardless what happened all you can do is move forward now. I have learned that all that time I spent on a couch talking about my past was of little value but all that I have incorporated into my life movi...

Re: What helped me make a 180 degree change in my life.

Thx time sure is flying by this year :o No doubt! I just read a bunch of your welcome back notes and they are dated last August??? How can it almost be June of the next year already. I guess time does fly when you are having fun because I am enjoying my life more than ever these days. Still that's ...
